We are a database, software development and financial advisory company,
providing information on the Nigerian Stock Market and other World Markets.
We offer two modules namely FULLBOARD upon payment of a subscription fee
and PORTFOLIO which is free to registered members.

-PORTFOLIO enables members to monitor their investments by creating real or
virtual portfolios, which are matched daily with closing stock market prices in
order to arrive at return on investment after backing off buying and selling
charges.

-Dividend and bonuses will be easily tracked because we shall update them in
your portfolio once the adjustment is made on the floor of the Exchange.
However for bonuses and dividends obtained before registration an edit button
will enable you write into your portfolio.

-Members will be able to create five portfolios, each with a maximum of ten
million Naira and allowing twenty-five purchases per portfolio with create, add
investment, sell, edit and delete buttons.

-The PORTFOLIO module is bundled with DailyGiba which provides one year price
and volume traded charts for companies on the Exchange together with News archive.

-This module is free.
-FULLBOARD module has everything in PORTFOLIO module and in addition makes available
to members, buy, undervalued, hold, overvalued, sell and avoid ratings for all the
companies on the Nigerian Stock Market. It also provides a recommended purchase and
sales price for all the companies. It attracts an annual subscription fee of fifty
thousand Naira (N50,000:=K) or two hundred and fifty Euros (€250,00). If payment is
made for only six months, the subscription fee will be charged at twenty-seven
thousand Naira (N27,000: =K) or one hundred and thirty-five Euros (€135,00).

-It makes available company analytic information for the last seven years,
including but not limited to the following: earnings per share, dividend per
share, profit after tax, turnover, margin, shareholder’s fund, return on
shareholder’s fund, net asset per share, fixed asset per share, fixed asset,
long term debt, long term debt per share, dividend, dividend yield, change in
return on shareholder’s fund, change in margin, price long term debt ratio,
price fixed asset ratio and price earnings ratio.

-These indices together with exchange rate fluctuation, inflation and the
minimum return anticipated from investing on the stock market are used to
obtain the intrinsic share value of the companies using several iterations.

-The recommendation part of the FULLBOARD module has no trial period but
allows free access on six selected companies and full access only after
payment.
-NON MEMBERS can access for six pre-selected companies, DailyGiba which
provides one year price and volume traded graphs, 5YearsGiba which provides
turnover, profit after tax, margin, earnings per share, price earnings ratio,
share capital and market capitalization for periods exceeding five years and
Recommendation but limited to only these six companies.

-For the remaining companies, non members are not able to access the graphs and
do not have the 5YearsGiba indices and company result for the two most recent
financial year end and are invited to register in order to have full access.
After registration all members have access to Portfolio, Charts and
News Archive and should use the links at the top right corner of the homepage
which are reserved for members only.
